Snapshot Summary
This card gets you Unlimited 2% cash back on every purchase, but it does come with a $0 annual fee for the first year, and $95 a year after that. In order to breakeven every year on it then, you’d need to spend around $4750 on the card annually.
The Full Picture

The Spark 2% Cash is a really straightforward business credit card, and that’s what makes it appealing. You earn 2% cash back on every purchase, no categories or caps to think about. For a business owner who just wants to keep things simple and earn consistent rewards across the board, this is a great option.

There is an annual fee of $95, but it’s waived for the first year. After that, you’d need to spend around $4,750 per year to break even on the fee, which isn’t a high bar for most small businesses. If you’re putting any kind of regular operating expenses on the card, it becomes a net positive pretty quickly.

One thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need excellent credit to qualify, and this is definitely a rewards card more than a perks card — so it’s not loaded with travel or luxury features. But as a cash back workhorse that just quietly delivers, the Spark 2% holds up pretty well. That said, there are better cards in this cashback category.
